We, at Enterprise IT Security (EITS), are on a mission to secure the IT journey for the Volvo Group. We work closely together with stakeholders across several Business Areas (BAs), Truck Divisions (TDs), and Group Functions (GFs). While the BAs are responsible for driving the business, the TDs provide research, development, manufacturing, and assembly. Within Volvo Group, the GFs own the Group agenda, provide strategic direction and have global responsibility.

Main responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity Metrics and Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on cybersecurity metrics to assess the effectiveness of our security measures. This role will play a crucial part in helping the organization make data-driven decisions to enhance its cybersecurity posture.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret cybersecurity-related data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to communicate security performance and trends.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance status.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify areas for improvement based on metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve reporting processes.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of Cybersecurity.
