We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:
Cybersecurity Hiring Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end non-perm recruitment process for all Cybersecurity teams, including negotiations with Vendors and Agencies.
- Data maintenance in vendor recruitment system.
- Raising requisition requests.
- Providing agencies with detailed job requirements.
- Consulting potential candidates’ profiles with agencies representatives.
- Setting up interviews and obtaining interview feedback from HMs and sharing it with agencies.
- Overseeing offering process.
- Hosting and running weekly meetings with vendors, creation and maintenance of action logs.
- Supporting onboarding and off-boarding of regional resources, including managing exit interviews for local Cybersecurity colleagues.
- Coordinate reporting finalization and make sure all reports are complete and delivered on time (e.g. weekly/monthly recruitment report).
- Participate in workforce management activities within Cybersecurity.
- Monitor existing projects and initiatives to ensure timely execution and completion.
- Contribute to Cyber People Initiatives within the region.
Requirements:
- Understanding recruitment process in complex organisation. Previous experience in IT recruitment role is advantageous.
- Experience within fast-moving, complex, and demanding corporate environments with a need to multi-task whilst dealing with ambiguity and change.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to ad-hoc queries in a timely manner, maintaining high quality of input.
- Excellent English, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, global financial services business models, regional compliance regulations and laws is a plus.
- Experience in dealing with expenses, 3rd parties, vendors, consultancy firms and contractors.
- Experience in providing materials to senior executives, boards, and regulators.
- Experience in managing large networks of stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
- Project Management skills and experience are a plus.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
