- Strong Python web development experience (FastAPI preferred, Flask/Django).
- Experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Luigi) and microservice architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
- Solid Linux sysadmin skills and understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls).
- Proficiency with Git and branching strategies (GitFlow, Trunk-based).
- Frontend development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps processes, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global team.
- Experience with security testing tools (SAST, DAST), penetration testing, and threat detection.
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Frontend experience with React or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
