Job Title: Business Analyst - Cybersecurity
Location: Poland (Hybrid: 6 days/month in Kraków or Warsaw office)
Contract Type: B2B

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team and support transformative initiatives that strengthen organizational security and resilience. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analysing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of cybersecurity projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, document, and analyse business and technical requirements for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Cybersecurity Transformation: Support implementation of transformation programs, including process improvements, technology adoption, and risk mitigation.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business units, IT teams, cybersecurity experts, and vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Data Analysis: Analyse cybersecurity-related data (risk assessments, threat intelligence, compliance metrics) and provide actionable insights.
• Process Optimization: Document current processes, design future-state workflows, and help implement streamlined solutions.
• Project Support: Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on project deliverables.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain high-quality business requirements, process maps, use cases, and presentations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in cybersecurity projects.
• Experience in cybersecurity transformation initiatives (e.g., cloud security, identity management, incident response).
• Familiarity with third-party risk management or vendor assessments is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate cybersecurity data into actionable insights.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in business analysis and data tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
