  • As a Cybersecurity Analyst – Change Management, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services. The client is focused on maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to protect their extensive network and data assets. You will play a critical role in overseeing and managing cybersecurity change processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal controls, while supporting the overall security posture of the organization.

responsibilities :


  • Supporting the Head of Global Defence Service Delivery by running the twice-weekly Cybersecurity Change Board, including creating the agenda within Service Now CAB workbench
  • Ensuring adherence to Software Development Lifecycle controls for software changes and educating Change Raisers on the correct processes
  • Reviewing Change Records for quality and ensuring sufficient information is provided to proceed
  • Reporting timely on Change Management metrics, such as Change Management KCIs and SDLC/DEPL Control compliance
  • Identifying common problematic themes through analysis of change records and working with Change Raisers to drive remediation
  • Collaborating with IT and Business stakeholders to deploy and build technology solutions that reduce risk
  • Promoting a customer-centered culture and advocating for IT security improvements in business operations
  • Managing impacts of risk and control frameworks and contributing to global and regional audits
  • Adhering to internal control standards and implementing audit points as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a positive work environment
