• University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent combination of education
• 5+ years of proven experience with CyberArk solutions and privileged access management/AAM/CCP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of CyberArk API’s, SDKs, and CCP, CP/REST solutions.
• Ease at working in a multinational environment using a foreign language daily.
• Strong understanding of application integration processes and security best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with ticketing tools.
• Good communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus.

Nice to have:

• CyberArk certification (e.g., CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and their impact on privileged access management.
