Cybersecurity Lead is a senior solutions architecture role within Capgeminis Presales & Solutioning division. As a Cybersecurity Lead, you will design robust, optimized, and cost-effective security solutions across cloud and infrastructure services. You will provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements, shaping architectures that drive business growth, foster innovation, and ensure client satisfaction.
General
• At least five years of experience in Cybersecurity design, transition, and operations processes (e.g., SIEM/SOAR, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance), with a strong focus on presales and solution management,
• In-depth knowledge of IT architecture for Cybersecurity solutions,
• Ability to perform cost and effort estimation for Cybersecurity services and develop solution strategies for specific bids, including participation in the full presales lifecycle (e.g.: RFI responses, requirements analysis, scoping exercises, and proof-of-concept engagements).
• Fluent in English and German both spoken and written.
Technical
• Proven experience in designing cloud security solutions and implementing data protection measures across cloud, hybrid and on-premises infrastructure environments,
• Strong knowledge of architecting solutions to ensure compliance with NIST Cybersecurity Frameworks,
• Expertise in presales activities, covering Run and Transformation projects within the Cybersecurity tower,
• Hands-on experience in preparing formal sales proposals and responding to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs,
• Preferred: Possession of one or more recognized Cybersecurity or Cloud certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, or GIAC.
Commercial
• Performing risk assessments, price modelling, building cost cases, defending solutions and cost models,
• Understanding and identifying non-standard requirements and drafts e.g.: SoW, SLA, cost models, business cases, proposal responses, proposal presentations and project plans,
• Extensive experience in conducting presentations and managing negotiations with senior stakeholders, including C level executives.
Management
• Extensive experience in managing solutions within a bid team operating in the Cybersecurity Tower, with the ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members effectively while providing strategic direction and constructive feedback.
Customer engagement
• Proven proficiency in presales consulting and due diligence in complex deals to ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams.
Financial
• Strong costing skills and understanding of competitive benchmarks and metrics for Cybersecurity services,
• Experience in estimating labor intensity and preparing resource effort calculations.
