Requirements:

1. In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking and application protocols concepts
2. Understanding of software exploitation and common vulnerabilities
3. Understanding of port scanning, vulnerability assessment and fuzzing tools
4. Knowledge of protocols associated with web technologies
5. Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and SANS 25 vulnerabilities and their mitigations
6. Knowledge about security testing of mobile apps and related APIs
7. Experience in working in multicultural environments
8. Good English communication skills: verbal and writing of technical reports
9. Knowledge of control communication protocols and technologies
10. Proficient with one of the scripting languages (e.g., Python)
11. Knowledge of cryptographic and security protocols
12. Understanding of penetrating testing tools like Metasploit; able to write auxiliary modules and code exploits
13. Knowledge on hardware exploitation techniques (e.g., firmware reverse engineering)

Responsibilities:

1. Pentesting - performing penetration tests of wide range of systems
2. Research - gathering information about industry technologies, familiarizing with new communication protocols and their weaknesses
3. Documentation preparation - reports creation, teams internal documentation development
4. Meetings - taking part in technical meetings and knowledge exchange sessions
