We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist in the field of Artificial Intelligence, operating in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). The role focuses on designing and enforcing AI security strategies, protecting models, data, and processes, and collaborating closely with AI, Cloud Security, Compliance, DevOps, and Business Operations teams. Experience in the financial or insurance sector will be considered an asset.
Contract duration: ASAP – 31/12/2025 (60 MD, with possible extension)
Location: Hybrid work – 1 day per week in the Warsaw office, 4 days remote
responsibilities :
AI Cloud Security Strategy: Define and implement cybersecurity policies for AI solutions operating in public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP), covering the protection of AI models, data, and processes across multi-cloud environments.
Multi-Cloud AI Architecture Security: Design and implement security mechanisms for hybrid and multi-cloud architectures (cloud + on-premise), using native cloud security services (Azure Security Center, AWS Security Hub, Google Security Command Center). Develop and review access policies, encryption standards, and key/secret management practices (KMS/HSM).
AI Risk Management: Identify and assess AI-related risks in multi-cloud environments, including model vulnerabilities, data supply chain security, and AI agent threats. Review and approve RFCs for AI workloads, ensuring compliance with security policies.
Data Security for AI: Ensure data protection in cloud environments through end-to-end encryption, anonymization, pseudonymization, and compliance with GDPR and DORA regulations.
Monitoring and Incident Response: Implement security monitoring across Azure, GCP, and AWS, including SIEM/SOAR, anomaly detection, AI misuse detection, and automated incident response mechanisms.
Operational Security (MLOps/LLMOps Security): Apply security-by-design practices in CI/CD pipelines for AI models in Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, and GCP Vertex AI, covering data validation, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
AI Governance & Compliance: Collaborate with AI Governance teams to ensure compliance, auditability, and alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with AI architects, Cloud Security, Compliance, DevOps, and Business Operations teams.
Transfer of all intellectual property rights to the client for materials, documentation, analyses, and recommendations developed during the engagement.

Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 2+ years in AI/ML and cloud environments.
Proven experience in AI Governance / AI Security projects within a multi-cloud ecosystem.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud security using native Azure or GCP security services.
Knowledge of AI-specific threats (e.g., adversarial attacks, model poisoning, model inversion, prompt injection) and defense methods.
Experience in data security in cloud environments (encryption, HSM/KMS, DLP, unstructured data protection, IAM).
Strong communication skills – ability to present risks and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
