Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. We have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems, and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault, and Ford dealers and their general agents, and today we have over 10,000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

As an Engineer at our Krakow Tech Hub, you will be a part of an agile team, working closely with other software engineers, testers, and architects. You will work on compute components for our upcoming fully electric cars (e.g., core computer, Zonal Controllers) and our latest safety technology and autonomous driving. The hub will be a key software development center and play a crucial role in our strategic ambition to be a leader in new technology.

What you’ll bring:

We are looking for Senior and Mid-level Embedded Software Engineers with strong, hands-on C knowledge and an understanding of embedded system architecture. The ideal candidates will have the following skillset:

• Proficiency in AUTOSAR architecture, design, and development
• Prior experience with Cybersecurity
• Strong C embedded programming skills
• Familiar with MISRA C
• Knowledge of SW quality practices
• Knowledge of automotive network protocols (Ethernet, CAN) will be a plus
• Knowledge of debugging tools like CANoe will be a plus
• Knowledge of automotive safety standard like ISO 26262 will be a plus
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD environment (knowledge of tools like Git/Gerrit, Jenkins, Conan, CMake will be a plus)
• Experience with SW testing
• Creativity and analytical skillset

We also see that you have:

• Fluency in spoken and written English
• A bachelors degree in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronic or another related field
• Perfect communication and collaboration skills
