Circle K Business Centre is a shared service center which supports Circle K Europe operations through a wide range of services within Finance & Control, Information Technologies, Human Resources, Transport Fuel and Customer Service.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Architect to join our globally distributed Security Team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security technologies, compliance frameworks and industry best practices within Infrastructure, Cloud and Networking. You will provide security guidance and risk management while helping implement robust security measures, developing thorough documentation, conducting risk assessments and spearheading research efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Aligning security strategies with business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Working with various departments to integrate security measures
- Advising Sr. Leadership on security matters
- Mentoring junior security team members
- Communicating complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining security policies and procedures
- Developing security architecture diagrams and documentation
- Staying current with emerging threats and technologies
- Researching and proposing innovative security solutions
- Evaluating security vendors and products
- Preparing for and supporting security audits
- Ensuring adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security or > 5 years of relevant experience.
- Deep knowledge of network, application and cloud security.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS) and security frameworks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Work in a global team environment and collaborate effectively with other IT professionals.
- Capable of managing projects and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CGEIT
- Experience with CSPM tools
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools
- Experience with Zero-Trust
- Experience with security in IoT and OT environments

- Reduction in security incidents and mean time to detect/respond
- Improvement in overall security posture as measured by industry standard frameworks
- Successful implementation of new security initiatives and technologies
- Positive feedback from cross-functional teams on security integration
