o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on cybersecurity projects.
o Knowledge of Third-Party Security Review processes in/for financial institutions is preferred but not essential.
o Proven track record in cybersecurity transformation initiatives (e.g., cloud security, identity management, incident response).
o Experience with stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
o Demonstrated expertise in analysing cybersecurity-related data and translating it into actionable insights.
o Experience in third-party risk management, vendor assessments, or contract oversight in a cybersecurity context.
Required Skills
o Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
o Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
o Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
o Language(s): English written and spoken.
