CX Specialist with Dutch (Freight cost control and payment)

ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for a CX Specialist with Dutch to manage full and complete invoice control and processing for road, rail and barging transport for cluster ArcelorMittal Belgium and ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Gent.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice intake, verification, validation and dispute process for road transport with around 120 suppliers.
• Perform tasks and solve problems independently, taking full ownership of the process.
• Communicate regularly within the department and with external suppliers via phone and mail.
• Handle deadlines, unexpected changes or urgent requests, ensuring no delays in invoice processing.
• Maintain a firm and assertive position in communication with suppliers while preserving good relations and ensuring timely financial settlements.

Our Expectations

• Experience with SAP (SAP ACE) and TMS Isla/Sultan for transport data, invoices and master data.
• Strong IT skills: advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of BW/BI tools.
• Interest in AI tools that could facilitate invoice verification and control.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written).
