ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of CX Specialist with Dutch
Key responsibilities:
Operational Order and Stock Management: Create and manage internal orders (e.g. for trials, dummy orders). Create purchase orders for external services or materials (e.g. slabs, hirework setups). Handle external warehouse checks: monitor FIP stock status and instruct internal staff accordingly.
Forecasting, Reporting & Data Management: Prepare monthly shipment forecasts in collaboration with the CUSE head and tactical planning. Build dashboards for FIP stock reporting (weekly, bi-weekly, or quarterly). Perform mapping tasks for load management and customer allocation.
Quality & Claim Handling: Investigate and decide on logistical claims (e.g. late, over- or under-deliveries. Manage external depannage requests from CMO, other mills, or quality departments. Communicate updates and changes to CuSe, CMO, and other internal stakeholders as needed.
System & Process Compliance: Ensure accurate use of tools. Follow up on documentation and reporting requirements for all tasks (e.g. dashboards, forecasts, mappings).
Our expectation:
Good level of English and Dutch
1-2 years, experience in a customer service environment
Proficient in using MS Office
Works independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Actively contributes to team success by sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and fostering a collaborative work culture
Effectively conveys information across departments and to external partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and responsiveness in all interactions.
Strong communication skills across departments and with internal and external stakeholders
High level of motivation, ability to work under stress
Very good organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
