ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for a CX Specialist with Dutch (transport & logistics) to manage full and complete handling, management and follow‑up of all material transport, warehouse and terminal damage and quality issues for ArcelorMittal Belgium.
The role is responsible for registering details, completing information such as partner data, prices, documents and incoterms, organising inspections, filing claims with insurance companies, calculating losses, checking, and launching recovery actions. It requires frequent interaction with technical teams, insurance companies and external surveyors.
Additionally, the specialist takes a proactive approach in preventive communication and actions to avoid quality issues.
