ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of Customer Experience Specialist. The Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Working with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, the individual troubleshoots and resolves problems related to orders, such as delays, discrepancies, or product issues, and optimizes customer satisfaction.
