CX Specialist CMO (English) – ArcelorMittal Long Carbon LATAM

Job Description

ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of Customer Experience Specialist (CMO). This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth offer management, follow-up, and resolution of any issues that may arise. The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for making sure that customers data are correct in systems, and supporting customer relationship activities in line with quality management and compliance principles. The position also includes responsibility for optimizing customer satisfaction through effective digitalization.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Prepare, create, update and follow up RFQ offers within the CRM, including header content and item registration.
• Perform volume and technical checks on customer inquiries in collaboration with the Volume Allocation Manager (VAM) and Client Technical Support (CTS).
• Checking mismatches among order items with items from offers in CRM (using dedicated SAP transaction)
• Execute impact lists and perform retro billing tasks
• Monitor overall payment situation, support customer and internal teams in solving credit limit related topics, manage advance
• Manage proforma requests, payments in advance, postponed payments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Account Manager (AM) to maximize satisfaction
• Follow relevant job procedures and be aware of quality objectives.
• Ensure compliance with the ArcelorMittal Europe Flat Products compliance program.
• Ability to document processes and train others
