Customer Experience Specialist
The purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end order process, from pre-sales activities and technical offer validation to post-sales support, including invoicing, claims handling, and coordination with finance. The role ensures timely and accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders, contributing to operational excellence and customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking customer requirements in terms of quality, quantity, planning and logistics (pre-sales)
- Checking technical offer with production
- Processing offers in Offer Tool
- Monitoring of getting price lists for customers and executing the necessary changes/Creating price lists and sending it to the mills
- Responding to customer inquiries about order status, planned rolling etc.
- Entering customers claim into CRM system/Local system/Tracker, Answer to claims related questions
- Negotiations with customers concerning claims
- Monitoring receivables, sending statements to the customer and payment reminders
- Managing orders with letter of credit: General correspondence with the customer/bank, Preparing the required documents, Monitoring and ensuring completion of the process
- Contacts with customers regarding Credit Limit
Our expectation:
- Proficiency in English
- Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related field
- Familiarity with MC Office Tools, SAP, CRM tools, and offer management platforms (nice to have).
- Openness for hybrid work, 4 days during the week from the office in Dąbrowa Górnicza
