Job Description

ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (CX Specialist B&R) to manage the end‑to‑end order process: from pre‑sales activities, technical offer validation, to post‑sales support including invoicing, claims handling, and coordination with finance. The role ensures timely and accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders to contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Check customer requirements regarding quality, quantity, planning, and logistics (pre‑sales).
• Validate technical offers with production.
• Process offers in the Offer Tool.
• Monitor and prepare price lists for customers, implement necessary changes, and provide updated lists to mills.
• Respond to customer inquiries about order status and planned rolling.
• Enter customer claims into CRM/local system/tracker and answer claim‑related questions.
• Negotiate claim resolutions with customers.
• Monitor receivables, send statements, and issue payment reminders to customers.
• Manage orders with letters of credit: maintain correspondence with customer and bank, prepare required documents, and ensure completion of the process.
• Maintain contact with customers regarding credit limits.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with MC Office tools, SAP, CRM tools, and offer management platforms (nice to have).
• Openness to hybrid work: 4 days per week from the office in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
