Job Description

Were looking for a leader to develop and implement structured training and quality management approaches for our CX teams. In this role, youll manage a team of experts, drive performance through key KPIs, and support CX managers with valuable insights to solve operational challenges.

Your main responsibilities

  1. You will develop a structured approach to people development (skills, knowledge, and tools) and quality management (Close the Loop, monitoring, feedback, and coaching processes).
  2. You will manage the quality and development experts and lead them toward agreed business goals measured by quality and costs KPIs (tNPS Help, Contact Rate, First Contact Resolution, % of automation, effectiveness, and productivity).
  3. You will support operation CX managers and CX Business Product Managers with quality analysis and a better understanding of root causes of detected pain points.
  4. You will ensure the effective training and development tools/formats (e.g., applications, video webinars in relevant languages) for advisors, leaders, and CX managers.

This is the right job for you, if

  1. You have a minimum of 2 years of quality management experience in CX or customer service in logistic operations.
  2. You have 5 years of people management experience.
  3. You have analytical thinking (KPI designing and understanding the connection between problems, reasons, and solutions).
  4. You have experience in training program design.
  5. You are an effective and empathetic communicator.
  6. You are proficient in Polish as well as English.
