• Experience in leading a team within the customs area in a logistics company,
• Strong understanding of customs processes and regulations,
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities,
• Focus on development, quality, and continuous improvement,
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills in a global environment,
• Fluent English (minimum B2+),
• Certificates or international experience will be an advantage.
