- First interview with the Customs Manager based in Warsaw (face-to-face or online).
- Second interview with a Regional Manager (UK, Norway, or Sweden) and an HR People Partner.
Were Looking for Someone Who Has:
- Min. 2 years of customs experience.
- Min. 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of customs operations, compliance, and regulations.
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage.
- Customs certification is a plus.
