Your responsibilities

• Participation in projects supporting trade compliance and customs optimization – Preferential determination, CN classification of goods, sanction compliance, dual-use, export control
• Verification and implementation of customs procedures in companies from the VELUX Group (EU and non-EU countries)
• Preparation of applications for Binding Tariff Information
• Direct support for individual business lines in the field of customs
• Cooperation with tax authorities from EU countries
• Preparation of instructions describing the customs process and enabling its implementation

Our requirements

• Proven customs experience either within a Customs Authority, Customs broker, Consultancy, or Importer/Exporter
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of Customs IT tools
• Audit/Internal controls experience
• Strong ownership & accountability together with can do attitude is a must
• Strong collaborative and team player skills
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s Degree
