We are seeking a Customs Manager to support our team in Poland.

Key requirements:

• Knowledge of Polish and EU customs legislation
• Experience with export/import operations
• Understanding of product classifications and HS codes
• Ability to organize requests and work with VICH institute
• Knowledge of documentary processes involving transit and customs warehouses
• Experience in creating customs documents
• Cooperation with customs authorities, managing processes, inquiries, and audits

Responsibilities:

• Manage customs and trade compliance, ensuring understanding of global regulations
• Handle customs classifications and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with customs and government agency requirements
• Oversee entry auditing, reporting, and process improvements
• Ensure team understanding and implementation of company controls, policies, and procedures
