Obowiązki
Lead and develop the Customs team, set performance objectives, and provide regular feedback
Supervise and coordinate the customs department, seeking new solutions to improve processes
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, manage risks, and establish policies and procedures
Oversee CN codes, customs rates, and tariffs for new products
Review contracts from a customs perspective and coordinate annual updates of the Customs Manual and monthly reporting
Monitor regulatory changes and provide impact analyses to internal partners
Conduct cost, shipment, and delivery analyses, preparing reports for Customs and Tax Offices
Collaborate with Global Customs, factory departments, and government institutions
Oversee the development of the management team, ensure proper skill levels, and organize training
Manage tasks and projects as needed
Wymagania
At least a secondary education with significant professional experience in the customs field
Knowledge of SAP is a big plus
Familiarity with the PUESC platform is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office applications
English language proficiency (minimum B2 level) for effective verbal and written communication is essential
Attention to detail and precision will complete your profile
