Customs Broker (M/F)

Responsibilities

1. Making customs declarations in all customs procedures, also using simplified procedures
2. Preparation of verification applications and other documents subject to consideration by Customs and Fiscal Authorities
3. Representing the company before Customs and Fiscal Authorities
4. Ongoing cooperation with forwarding departments and other departments of the company
5. Daily contacts with clients
6. Issuing certificates of origin and other documents necessary for customs clearance
7. Preparation of Intrastat declarations in import and export (optional)

Applicants Profile

1. Min. 3 years of experience
2. Registration on the list of customs agents
3. Knowledge of English min. B2
4. Knowledge of current customs regulations
5. Knowledge of Huzar Software
6. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Driving license category B
8. Knowledge of the specifics of shipment clearance in all types of transport will be an additional asset
