We are a growing team looking for a Customs Associate Operations Coordinator (Road Freight, Customer facing) in the UK Commercial department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics.

This role can be based in either our Krakow office or Manchester office in Media City.

What You Will Do

• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
• Track shipments, troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Support the team operationally with entering orders, planning, scheduling.
• Aid the team in daily business execution and reporting.
• Provide operational support in billing and invoicing queries.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field.
• Experience in handling customs processes between UK and EU is highly desirable.
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills are crucial, as English is the main language used.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Energy and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.
• Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others.
