WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

1. Support Customs, Logistics and ITC processes according to policies and external regulations.
2. Coordinate shipping, customs and receiving tasks with external Logistics team, Customs agency, ITC team and employees to ensure timely and high quality process operation.
3. Make entries in the trade control register.
4. Manage documentation and metrics related to the Internal Trade Control System, Logistics and Customs.
5. Other tasks in Logistics, Customs, ITC and adjacent areas.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

1. Excellent time management, planning and efficient execution of tasks.
2. Good knowledge of MS Office.
3. Good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
4. Very good communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders to solve issues.
5. Any experience in field of logistics, customs, or ITC will be an additional advantage.
