• Support compliance, data security (GDPR), and timely document flows to customs offices; may involve company vehicle travel.
• Learn on the job with tools like Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for basic automation.
• Maintain office order, adhere to confidentiality, and build customs knowledge through training.
• Accountable for KPIs such as 98% document accuracy, 95% timely support, and 100% compliance adherence.
• Foster a safe, organized work environment while executing supervisor tasks.
