Customer Technical Support Specialist (German C1)

Location: Katowice, Zabrska 19 – Global Office Park

Contract type: Full-time employment

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (no weekend shifts)

Salary: 7,500 PLN gross/month

Work calendar: According to the German calendar

We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist fluent in German to join our international team in Katowice. You will be the main point of contact for our German‑speaking customers, providing professional technical assistance and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls and emails, assisting customers in resolving technical issues.
• Use technical understanding and analytical mindset to deliver quick and effective solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data into internal systems.
• Develop and maintain trustworthy, long‑term relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1 level) – communicating directly with German‑speaking customers.
• English (B2 level) – for internal communication and training.
• Strong communication skills, openness, and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow – a curiosity and continuous development mindset.
