responsibilities :


  • Diagnosing and resolving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting product issues.
  • Preparing reports that describe technical issues for service technicians.
  • Monitoring the resolution process of customers technical issues.
  • Assisting customers with both warranty and out-of-warranty services, such as Fixed Price Repair, Extended Warranty, and Spare Parts.

requirements-expected :


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Georgian (minimum C1 level) and English OR Russian (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong interest in new technologies.
  • At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office.
