If you are confident communicating in Spanish, enjoy working with customers, and would like to grow in an international environment, we invite you to join our B2B Customer Support Team for the Spanish market.

Experience is welcome but not required – we will teach you everything you need to know.

What you will do:

• Contacting Spanish-speaking business clients (via email and phone)
• Handling orders and providing day-to-day customer support
• Working closely with the warehouse in Spain to organize shipments
• Preparing sales offers and documents
• Supporting the sales team in daily tasks
• Collaborating with other departments within the company

Who we are looking for:

• A strong communicator who is open to learning
• Good command of Spanish and English (minimum B2 level, ideally C1 – both spoken and written)
• Someone who is well organized and enjoys working as part of a team
• Experience in customer service, sales, or B2B will be an advantage, but is not required
