Your Responsibilities:

Imagine your friend works at a large pharmaceutical company. Every day, he develops new drugs and saves research results in a special application on his company laptop. One day, he cant access it, so he calls the IT Support Center.



Your job will be to answer these calls and help resolve these types of issues. Well provide you with all the tools and expertise you need to support users.



Youll provide support by phone, chat, or email. If you cant solve the problem yourself, youll always have a team of colleagues available.



WYMAGANIA:

Your profile:

• Excellent knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese
• Good knowledge of English
• Willingness to develop in IT
• Positive attitude, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation
• Good communication skills and teamwork
