Obowiązki
- handle written customer requests in German and English via email,
- review previous cases and apply internal resources to resolve issues effectively,
- manage refund requests and deal with data protection-related matters in a precise manner,
- ensure professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication in every interaction,
- work across several platforms while keeping accuracy and efficiency at a high level.
Wymagania
- proficiency in German (C1) and English (C1), both spoken and written,
- strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively,
- analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- patience, empathy, and the ability to stay resilient under pressure,
- confident computer skills and fast typing (150+ keystrokes per minute),
- readiness to work full-time on-site in Szczecin.
