Schedule: Monday to Friday

What Youll Be Doing
- Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with product, account, and service-related inquiries
- Record customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation
- Escalate complex issues when necessary to internal teams
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction
