Job title: Customer Support Specialist with Polish in the retail industry at Concentrix in Szczecin. We are assembling a dedicated team for a leading company in the retail industry, focused on providing top-quality, empathetic, and accurate customer support. If you are fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2), and thrive in a structured back-office environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Deliver written customer support via email for the Polish market.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and using internal tools.
- Process manual refunds and address GDPR-related complaints with care and accuracy.
- Ensure every customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-focused.
- Work with multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.
What we are looking for
- Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2) – both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
- Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and solid computer literacy.
- Availability for full-time on-site work in Szczecin.
