Customer Support Specialist with Malay and English

Your responsibilities
- providing excellent customer service (supporting Malaysian clients)
- building up positive relationships with customers
- resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
- monitoring of the situation on financial markets
- working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
- cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Our requirements
- Malay language - native or proficiency level required
- English language - able to write and communicate fluently
- responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
- strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- good knowledge of MS Office
- shift work (early morning shift)Optional:
- previous experience in a customer service role
- knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
- experience in doing translation from Malay to English and vice versa
