Responsibilities
- providing excellent customer service (supporting Malaysian clients)
- building positive relationships with customers
- resolving issues in a timely manner and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- providing explanations related to customer complaints (written and by phone)
- monitoring the situation on financial markets
- working with the CRM system (verification and updating client data)
- cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Qualifications
- Malay language – native or proficiency level required
- English language – able to write and communicate fluently
- responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
- strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- good knowledge of MS Office
- shift work (early morning shift)
- previous experience in a customer service role (optional but a plus)
- knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
- experience in translating between Malay and English
