Your Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to our users via email and chat;
- Occasionally handle customer support calls;
- Analyze the needs of users to provide tailored assistance;
- Create and maintain a positive image of the company;
- Collaborate on internal projects.
Our Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good manners and a professional demeanor;
- Fluency in Polish, Italian, and English (minimum B2 level);
- Experience in working with clients and an interest in cryptocurrencies are welcome.
