Customer Support Specialist with Italian

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of our client’s platform.
• Provide high-quality product support for customers to effectively resolve their issues through email, chat, and phone.
• Communicate thoughtfully to provide answers to questions for both technical and non-technical end users.
• Diagnose software problems and resolve customer complaints using established processes.
• Provide support and guidance on non-technical questions (e.g., marketing, sales, or other e-commerce setup questions).
• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Thoughtful communicator skilled in written and verbal channels.
• Passionate about creative problem solving for customers and end users.
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and communicative knowledge of English (B2).
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Experience with or ability to quickly pick up: Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
