Customer Support Specialist with German

Your tasks

• Supporting customers in placing sports bets,
• Verifying the age of bettors,
• Division of working time: 80% back-office, 10% phone, 10% other activities.
• Knowledge of German at the level of min. B2,
• Knowledge of English at min. B2,
• Availability to work part-time or full-time - you choose,
• Willingness to work shifts.

  1. morning (Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm),
  
  2. afternoon (Monday to Friday 5-21 pm + Saturday 9 am-5 pm),
• The opportunity to work part-time or full-time - you choose (the possibility of splitting shifts: it must be from 4 to 10 hours a day , but at least 80 hours per month. Of course, its still possible to work full-time).
