Job Description

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

1. Handling incoming calls in German
2. Managing the app
3. Registering customer requests and building relationships
4. Diagnosing and resolving requests
5. Entering data into the system
6. Ensuring high-quality customer service

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in German and comfortable speaking and writing in English
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards working with people
• High personal culture and customer orientation
• Positive attitude to work
