Position: Customer Support Specialist

Languages: German, English

Fully remote

Responsibilities:

• Daily contact with internal and external clients
• Processing transactions and queries in SAP
• Taking care and monitoring the delivery time of customers orders
• Cooperation with other departments in order-to-cash process-related issues
• Ensuring high quality of customer service

Requirements:

• Knowledge of languages: German and English, both on B2 level
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage, but is not necessary
• Previous customer-related experience will be a plus
• Good problem-solving skills
