Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound calls, always aiming for clarity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Keep customer data, records, and documentation accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Help customers solve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (C1 level, both written and spoken) – Youll be our go‑to expert for German‑speaking customers.
- English proficiency (B2 level) – You’ll need to collaborate with our international team and participate in training.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and quick adaptation to new tech tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A customer‑first mindset: approachable, empathetic, and eager to solve problems and improve customer experiences.

- Experience in customer service (especially in e‑commerce, tech support, or pre/post‑sales roles).
