Diagnosing and resolving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Providing support to customers navigating digital channels.
Identifying and troubleshooting product issues.
Determining if a customer can resolve the issue without requiring a technician visit.
Preparing reports that describe technical issues for service technicians.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in Georgian (minimum C1 level) and English OR Russian (B2 level).
Strong interest in new technologies.
At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints.
Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office.
Stable employment with a full-time contract starting from the first day of cooperation.
