ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: Diagnosing and resolving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with a strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs. Providing support to customers navigating digital channels. Identifying and troubleshooting product issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Determining if a customer can resolve the issue without requiring a technician visit and providing guidance to achieve this. Preparing detailed reports that describe technical issues for service technicians. Monitoring the resolution process of customers' technical issues to ensure accurate and effective solutions regarding products, features, and characteristics. Assisting customers with both warranty and out-of-warranty services, such as Fixed Price Repair, Extended Warranty, and Spare Parts. WYMAGANIA: Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in Georgian (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level). Strong interest in new technologies. At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints. Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office. Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on working with people.
