Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

1. Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for Ohaus and MT Online dealers and end users in all technical aspects relating to our weighing, laboratory equipment, and electro-chemistry products - repairs, troubleshooting, applications, documentation, and product information.
2. Resolving product or service problems.
3. Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers.
4. Support and prepare the administration in relation to warranty failures.
5. Continuous improvement of technical know-how, language skills, and software understanding.

What You Need to Succeed

1. Proficiency in French and excellent English skills.
2. Professional experience in Customer or Technical Support would be an asset.
3. Good communication and customer-oriented mindset.
4. Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
5. An educational background in chemistry, biotechnology, or similar would be an asset.
