For our client - international production company based in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates to join the team as a Customer Support Specialist with Dutch

Main responsibilities:

• handling all types of customer orders in SAP, including pre-sales process, order management, and after-sales activities (including invoicing)
• performing client advisory and consulting function
• sales and contracts support
• cooperation with other teams in CS, supply chain department and sales
• updating data in the system

Requirements:

• fluent Dutch (C1) and English (B2+) is essential
• minimum 2 years of experience in the Customer Service industry (e.g. Order Management, Customer Care, Customer Support)
• practical knowledge of SAP and Excel
• customer mindset
