Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers in placing sports bets,
- Verifying the age of bettors,
- Division of working time: 70% back-office, 15% phone, 15% other activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of Bulgarian at the level of min. C1,
- Knowledge of English at min. B2,
- Availability for min. 150h per month,
- Availability for 24/7 shifts. Line working hours: 9:00-1:00 (the project operates 365 days a year).
