Customer Support Specialist with Bulgarian

Work mode: On-site (in Poland, in our capital - Warsaw)

Your Tasks:

1. Supporting customers with account setup or placing sports bets.
2. Assisting users when they encounter issues, ensuring they have a smooth experience.
3. Division of working time: 80% back-office, 10% phone, 10% other activities.

Working Hours:

1. Morning: Monday to Friday (9 am–5 pm).
2. Afternoon: Monday to Friday (5 pm–9 pm) + Saturday (9 am–5 pm).

You can work part-time or full-time—you decide! Choose shifts between 4 and 10 hours daily, with a minimum of 80 hours per month. Full-time work is also an option!

You can easily balance your work with other activities, even with your studies, because the project is open 24/7, so you can plan your hours in the morning, afternoon, or even at night!

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bulgarian language proficiency at a minimum B2+ level.
2. English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
