Responsibilities

  • Provide fast and professional offline (Email, live‑chat) response to users issues
  • Maintain a high level of user satisfaction
  • Investigate the problematic issues reported by users: collect relevant information, analyze and document it in internal articles
  • Identify and report on trends, repeated issues and urgent bugs.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Ukrainian at either native or professional level
  • A problem solver with an innate sense of curiosity and passion about helping people
  • Enthusiastic smartphone user (Active Viber user – a major advantage)
  • Microsoft or Mac OS savvy
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 rotating roster which predominately includes after‑hours shift
  • Attention to details
  • Team player
  • Experience in customer support or customer service is a plus.

Full time job. We’re working in hybrid mode (3 times a week from the office).
